 Preserved VRTSL3 601 (CJH141V) was exhibited at the 2011 London Bus Preservation Group rally at Dunsfold, the one time home of Top Gear, in Surrey. |
 |
 The bus was seen the following year at North Weald passing the Ensignbus MCW Metrobus, 233 (KYV633X), often used as the SHOWBUS Control Bus. |

 VR 601 was still looking in excellent condition when seen at the 2015 Alton Bus Rally.
